Meet the Educationalists

The child is always at the centre of our work, but the needs of the whole family are carefully considered in any advice or decision taken. We are all passionate about the individual child, believing that every aspect of the child’s needs and development must be considered to ensure they can fully access the curriculum, and maximise their potential.

We know that the right early intervention leads to the best outcome. Our aim is to provide advice at a rate that suits us but also works for you, and no job is too big or too small.

As an experienced and collaborative team with comprehensive knowledge and individual specialisms, we are here to help you with whatever challenge you’re facing.

  • We work with children from early years to adulthood, of high and low achievement.

  • We work across mainstream, independent, international and specialist schools.

  • We listen to and understand your parental dilemmas.

At diagnosis stage, we’ll work with you and your current school to build strategies for the future. Different diagnoses can be hard to fully understand. We’ll provide advice and liaise with your current school so that your child’s ongoing needs can be supported, while you work out what to do next.

Where appropriate we facilitate school transfers, and provide advice regarding Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

Therapy and medication can also be areas of confusion and concern, and we’re here to help and advise you, as well as connecting you to the right person.

Onward Referrals

  • Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and Language therapists help children who are struggling at school, and who often have underlying speech and language problems.

  • Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy

It is often confusing for parents to know whether their child needs an assessment with a Physiotherapist or an Occupational Therapist.

  • Psychologist

Finding the right school support and placement is key and at times a cognitive assessment will be essential for this.
